Every burger on our menu is grass-fed, and two of them are wagyu. They are also what Hoboken orders most: the Smash Burger, the Big J and the Rocco Burger sit at the top of our own order counts.
Uncle Rocco serves grass-fed burgers at 112 Willow Ave in Hoboken, New Jersey: a $12.00 wagyu Smash Burger with fries, the $19.00 Big J Burger with double wagyu beef, the $19.00 Rocco Burger with smoked Gouda and thick-cut bacon, and the $16.00 Bread Pudding Smash. All of them can be ordered direct for pickup or delivery.

Which burger should you order?
Start with the price and the patty. The Smash Burger is the way in at $12.00: one wagyu patty with onions, American cheese and pickles on a sesame seed bun, served with fries. The Big J doubles the wagyu and adds fancy sauce and tomato. The Rocco Burger swaps the wagyu for grass-fed beef under smoked Gouda and bacon. The Bread Pudding Smash is the odd one: a 3 oz smashed burger with our baby bread pudding under caramel.
What if you want steak instead?
The same grill does two steaks. Steak Frites is an 8 oz hanger steak from Vrola with roasted garlic and french fries. Steak & Eggs is an herb garlic butter skirt steak with bacon, two fried eggs and home fries.
Can you get burgers delivered in Hoboken?
Yes. Order direct on our online ordering page for pickup or delivery, and delivery orders placed there go out with our own drivers. First-time online guests get $6 off an order of $30 or more. Every burger above has an Add to order link that opens that burger on the ordering page.
The burgers are on for every service, brunch included, because the full lunch and dinner menu runs alongside the brunch board. Monday to Thursday we serve 9 AM to 1 PM and 5 to 9 PM, Friday 9 AM to 10 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 8 PM. The rest of the kitchen is on the full menu.

We had such a blast tonight! There were eight of us, and we were all super comfy in the back of the room. We were all chatting about the cool and quirky decor. The vibe was just amazing! Where the beef and the steak come from
Grass-fed, and which ones are wagyu
Every burger we serve is grass-fed. The Smash Burger and the Big J Burger are wagyu, and the menu names it on both. The Rocco Burger is grass-fed 100% beef, built around smoked Gouda and thick-cut bacon instead.
The steak supplier
The hanger steak in our Steak Frites comes from Vrola. We name suppliers where we can, because "locally sourced" on its own means nothing.
