Brunch & Sides
Served 9 AM – 4 PM
The reason most people find us. Breakfast does not stop at eleven here. The brunch board runs to four in the afternoon, which is why you will see people eating pancakes next to people eating steak.
Apps & Pasta
The mozzarella is made in house (that is what “mutz” means on this menu) and the vodka sauce has real Calabrian chili in it rather than a suggestion of heat.
Burgers & Steak
Every burger is grass-fed, and the Smash Burger and the Big J are wagyu. The hanger steak comes from Vrola. The Bread Pudding Smash is what happens when a pastry section and a griddle share a kitchen.

Sangwiches & Wraps
Spelled the way it gets said. The buffalo chicken is organic, grass-fed and antibiotic-free, and the California Burrito puts the fries inside the burrito and then serves you more fries.
Rotisserie Chicken
Local and organic, on the rotisserie. The family meal needs 45 minutes and is only available after noon, so it is worth calling ahead rather than turning up hopeful.
Salads
Both built to be a meal rather than a side apology.
Dessert
The bread pudding is the thing guests name most often in reviews. The soft serve comes off a machine in the building.

Short, cheap and actually eaten.

What the kitchen makes rather than buys
Three things worth knowing before you choose. The mozzarella is made in the building, spelled “mutz” on this menu because that is how it gets said here, and it turns up in the mutz sticks, inside the Spicy a la Vodka and on the Veggie Wrap. The soft serve comes off a machine here. And the Baby Bread Pudding has escaped the dessert section entirely, into a burger and an iced latte.
The sourcing is named where it matters: grass-fed burgers, wagyu on the Smash Burger and the Big J, hanger steak from Vrola, local organic rotisserie chicken, and New Jersey wine from Old York by the half bottle. The longer version.

Two timing rules the menu does not shout. Brunch runs to 4 PM and the full lunch and dinner menu runs alongside it. And the Whole Rotisserie Chicken Family Meal needs 45 minutes and only starts at noon.
Eating here with a dietary requirement
The restaurant names vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options, and says dishes can be customised. A kitchen making its own sauces and cheese can genuinely take something out, which is not true of one reheating bought-in components.
One thing stated plainly on their own menu: the Baby Bread Pudding is not available gluten-free. What their menu text does and does not support.
