Lunch in Hoboken at Uncle Rocco tends to come down to four kinds of order: a sangwich, a wrap, a salad or a burger. All four are on the same menu at 112 Willow Ave, and nobody at the table has to order the same kind of thing.
The sangwiches
The menu spells it the way it gets said. The Hot Honey Chicken Melt ($18) is a chicken cutlet with bacon, cheddar and garlic aioli on a brioche loaf, served with fries. The Rocco B.L.T. ($16) is thick-cut bacon, lettuce, tomato and basil aioli, also on brioche.
The Chicken Sangwich ($16) and the Chicken Parmesan Sangwich ($17) are listed with a name and a price and nothing else, so ask what comes on them if it matters.
Wraps, and a burrito with fries inside it
The Veggie Wrap ($15) holds roasted mushroom, zucchini, aji amarillo, spring mix and mozzarella. That mozzarella is made in the building, which the menu spells "mutz". The Buffalo Chicken Wrap ($16) uses organic, grass-fed, antibiotic-free breaded buffalo chicken with organic mixed greens, celery, carrots and blue cheese sauce in a flour tortilla, with a pickle on the side.
The California Burrito ($16) is the big one: white rice, black beans, chorizo, pico de gallo, mozzarella, guacamole, sour cream and french fries inside the tortilla, then more fries on the plate.
Salads, if you want to stay light
There are two. The Greek Salad ($16) is cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onions, oranges and olives on romaine with a dill vinaigrette. The Baby Kale Caesar ($15) is baby kale, parmesan, Caesar dressing and croutons. For allergies or a gluten-free lunch, start with the dietary page and then confirm with the kitchen.

The Smash Burger ($12) is the lowest-priced burger on the menu: one grass-fed wagyu patty with onions, American cheese and pickles on a sesame seed bun, served with fries. The Rocco Burger and the Big J are $19 each, and the burger page sets out what is on each.

Delia Serrano, in a Google review the restaurant publishes on its story page: "Such a cute place for lunch. Love the vibe. 80s style is my favorite." The Chicken Caesar wrap she ordered is not on the current menu.
