A group dinner in Hoboken for eight or more at Uncle Rocco
A book club, a team night or a table of friends: where a group of eight or more sits at 112 Willow Ave, when to book, and what groups usually order.

For a group dinner in Hoboken, Uncle Rocco has three places to put a table, and all three run off the same kitchen. Groups already use the room this way. A Google reviewer wrote that a party of eight sat comfortably at the back of the room. Another thanked the servers for looking after a whole Jersey City book club.
Which space fits the group
| Your group | Best fit |
|---|---|
| Up to six, a regular dinner out | A dining room table, booked on Resy |
| Seven or more | A phone call to (201) 238-2484, which is what Resy's own page asks for |
| A business lunch, a birthday or a celebration that wants a door that closes | The private dining room, which seats small groups |
| A bigger party that wants atmosphere | The backyard |
| The dinner is somewhere else | Catering in Hoboken, 24 hours' notice, no minimum |
The restaurant does not publish a seating count for the private room or the backyard. Its private dining request form takes party sizes in bands, from 1 to 9 up to 50 and over. For anything past a regular table, call (201) 238-2484 or email antiqueat112@gmail.com with the date, the headcount and the time. The restaurant will say plainly which space suits the group, including when the answer is the main room or the patio.
When to book
The hours decide more than anything. Monday to Thursday the dining room closes from 1 PM to 5 PM, so a weekday group dinner starts at 5. Friday runs straight through to 10 PM, which gives a group the longest window. Saturday closes at 9 PM and Sunday at 8 PM.
Walk-ins are welcome, but for eight people a booking is the safer way to get a table together. Online booking on Resy takes parties of up to six, and Resy's page tells larger parties to call the restaurant at (201) 238-2484. That page was read on November 5, 2026.
What a table of eight tends to order
In the eight-person review, most of the table went for the Smash Burger, with the California Burrito alongside, and the gluten-free brownie got its own mention. For a group that wants to share:
- Jumbo Chicken Wings ($18.00) and Jumbo Mutz Sticks ($16.00), with mozzarella made in the building
- Mac 'n Cheese with lemon herb crumbs, named in several Google reviews
- The Whole Rotisserie Chicken Family Meal ($36.00), which needs 45 minutes and only starts at noon, so call ahead
The wine list is Old York Wines from New Jersey, by the half bottle and the full, with nine choices from one producer.

Mixed dietary needs at one table
The menu has dishes for a mixed table, though the restaurant does not publish an allergen chart. The Big J Burger lists a gluten-free roll and dairy-free cheese as options online, at $2.00 each. Six dishes are meat-free as listed, including the Veggie Wrap and the Greek Salad, and the vegetarian dishes guide covers all six. It is a shared scratch kitchen, open to the dining room, so tell your server about any allergy when you order.
